Pittsburgh Event Planner | Helen's 30th Birthday

When a 30th Birthday trip to Miami is cancelled because of Co-Vid + our client calls us two weeks before the party date asking if we can plan a backyard celebration, SHE’s answer is always YES! This party was the perfect celebration for a fellow girl boss to say goodbye to her 20’s + hello to her 30’s!

Guests enjoyed a chic backyard celebration with individually packaged appetizers + sandwiches from the Duquesne Club + a custom signature cocktail of Rose, Limoncello + basil leaves. For dessert they could choose from custom mini cakes + cookies from Tasty Bakery that were personalized to our birthday girl! As the evening went on, Club Helen, opened on the opposite side of patio. SHE transformed our client’s patio, into the prettiest club complete with a balloon ceiling, pink lounge furniture + custom pillows. The partygoers danced the night away to the sounds of our favorite Pittsburgh DJ, DJ Digital Dave.

It was a chic + stylish 30th Birthday Party for a chic + stylish client + SHE was so happy to have been a part of this epic celebration!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Christina + Jon

Christina was a bride whose mantra was "{SHE} who leaves a trail of sparkle is never forgotten." Let's just say her wedding day definitely was memorable for all present! The picturesque day in September started with a beautiful wedding ceremony in the church where Christina celebrated so many other life milestones- All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Canonsburg, PA.  Once {SHE} + Jon said iDo, everyone headed down to the iconic "Point" of Pittsburgh to celebrate in ultimate style at the Wyndham Grand.  With a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the city, sequin linens, + floral centerpieces adorned with crystal teardrop pendents glistening amongst the night sky. Aside from being a self-proclaimed "bling bride", Christina also loved her pink (we aren't complaining!) so shades of pink from blush to vibrant magenta engulfed the space and was then grounded with a silver hue.  The head table backdrop was truly a statement piece - 12' of crystal drapery uplit in the palest pink.  Also, thanks to close family friends, the Sarris family, oversized chocolates with Christina + Jon's custom monogram were placed at each guest's seat as a way to say "thank you" and commemorate the night. With glitter, sparkle, + even confetti, the couple as well as their guests seemed to have never left the dance floor + worked up quite an appetite later in the night. Luckily for them, they had several late night snack options: an endless supply of cookies + sweets generously baked + provided by family + friends, liquid nitrogen ice cream with a plethora of toppings, + good ole pizza pies! Pittsburgh Event Planner | Forces of Nature

This time last year we collaborated with the best of the best in Pittsburgh for one night of design insanity supporting Event Pros Take Action. Five planners were given the design challenge of color. Guess what color {SHE} got? Pink of course! Any other color for this would have been so unnatural because our world is pink. This hue embodies an attitude and set the tone for our design that was defiantly feminine, opulent, dramatic, yet playful! Our pretty in pink, plush play lounge was a dream! The interactive chic space draped in shimmery blush sequin included a life-size sliding puzzle, oversized Jenga, tic tac toe tables, checker tables, and the classic game of Tetris with a floral game controller. Can't forget the thrift piano that came to life with gallons of pink paint + glitter and hundreds of flowers. And then there was the ribbon + floral chandelier that anchored the space. What a labor of love cascading ribbon and flowers ceiling to floor?! We're still in awe of this magical evening and the amount of love + time every single person and company contributed to this project. Our white floral wall greeted guests upon arrival!! {SHE} was so proud of our city, our industry, and genuinely inspired by the talent that was showcased by all! Lauren Renee Designs did not leave out a single detail in the beautiful photos! This was no small fete; our team, friendors, and partners worked very, very hard to knock this design out of the park and we're forever grateful. This is how you PARTY WITH A PURPOSE!
