*Cue MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 theme song* SHE is taking you inside Harley’s Super Sweet & Lilac themed Sweet 16. This party was a blast to plan + a blast to attend. As soon as guests walked into the backyard of Harley’s family home, they saw the most amazing shades of purple balloon bunches spilling over the pergola + floating in the pool with gigantic foam letters spelling out the Birthday girl’s name. From the make your own taco spread to the custom juice boxes to the Cupcake ATM…yes, a real ATM for cupcakes…guests did not go hungry. With DJ Cake spinning hits throughout the night + guests sitting for a caricature that turned into a custom phone case there was something for everyone. Happy 16th Birthday Harley! SHE hopes this party was as sweet as you!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Jayda's 9th Birthday

This past weekend, SHE created the sleepover of your childhood dreams, for a special young girl’s 9th Birthday party! Growing up, having a sleepover with your besties was one of the most special times, memories are made at these sleepovers that last a lifetime. This sleepover was no different + SHE could not have pulled it off without some help from our amazing friend vendors. Von Walter + Funk provided the most epic balloons, full of color, stars + unicorns. Don’t forget, every sleepover needs some amazing snacks + Bella Christie + Lil’s Z’s Bakery provided custom birthday girl cookies for everyone to enjoy. SHE was so happy to be part of this special sleepover + hopes Jayda had the 9th Birthday party of her dreams!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Helen's 30th Birthday

When a 30th Birthday trip to Miami is cancelled because of Co-Vid + our client calls us two weeks before the party date asking if we can plan a backyard celebration, SHE’s answer is always YES! This party was the perfect celebration for a fellow girl boss to say goodbye to her 20’s + hello to her 30’s!

Guests enjoyed a chic backyard celebration with individually packaged appetizers + sandwiches from the Duquesne Club + a custom signature cocktail of Rose, Limoncello + basil leaves. For dessert they could choose from custom mini cakes + cookies from Tasty Bakery that were personalized to our birthday girl! As the evening went on, Club Helen, opened on the opposite side of patio. SHE transformed our client’s patio, into the prettiest club complete with a balloon ceiling, pink lounge furniture + custom pillows. The partygoers danced the night away to the sounds of our favorite Pittsburgh DJ, DJ Digital Dave.

It was a chic + stylish 30th Birthday Party for a chic + stylish client + SHE was so happy to have been a part of this epic celebration!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Lyon's 1st Birthday

When your name is Lyon, it only makes sense to have a Lion King themed 1st Birthday party! With Slate Studio as the venue, SHE created the Pride Lands of Africa as the backdrop for all of the guests to enjoy. The dessert table was filled with custom Lyon cookies, jungle cake pops + animal themed covered Oreos. We didn’t forget about drinks for the kids, each child had a custom juice pouch with the cutest caricature of Lyon’s face on it.

The best surprise came when Wild World of Animals came to the party with special reptile guests including, a yellow boa constrictor, a sloth, a turtle + a scorpion! All of the guests were incredibly brave, even Lyon who didn’t shy away from petting the reptiles. It was a wild party for all of the guests + SHE was so honored to be a part of it!
