Jane + Luke’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular! The same words can be said for the couple + their family. SHE is truly blessed to know + create magic for this family! Jane + Luke’s big day began in a beautiful church built by the bride’s family. From there, guests moved to the Omni William Penn Hotel where they walked through a stunning floral tunnel to enter the ballroom that was a vision of white florals + candlelight. Studio E band kept guests dancing all night + before they moved to the after-party in the Omni’s Urban Room where DJ Digital Dave continued the party into the early morning. It was a night to remember + SHE wishes all the love in the world to Jane + Luke!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Katie + Andrew

SHE loves a couple that isn’t afraid to bring black into their wedding design, especially when black is rarely ever styled at their wedding venue! When we learned one of Katie + Andrew ‘s favorite past times is a good happy hour, we knew we had to create a special bar moment like none other at the Omni William Penn Ballroom. The Shannons were on board to have the most fabulous + ultra-chic statement bar as the focal for their reception design! As guests entered the ballroom, grabbing their champagne from a custom wall, they were greeted by the bar beauty created with luxe black velvet + the most gorgeous cascading white roses falling 10ft from the balcony to the bar front. The posh micro details on the guest tables felt effortless and complimented the drama that anchored the room. The energy was grand and the tone was set for the rest of the night. Guests enjoyed the sounds of THE Elite Show Band + literally danced the night away. It was the best night for the best couple-forever raising our glass to Katie + Andrew!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Jade + Sean

Upon meeting with Jade + her mom Kelly, we knew this wedding would be one for the books! As the girl boss of Jade Boutique, Jade loves all things fashion, design, + details! Totally a girl after our own heart. She wanted to go big, so we did! We loved how simple + laid back Sean was as he cruised along for the ride! 

The ceremony was designed to be her own runway show with a 24ft custom wall + 30ft mirror aisle. The wow continued in the reception as guests were greeted with a stunning floral design from Hens + Chicks. The abundance of florals made the room feel full of love. The clear chargers, acrylic menus, + table numbers were the perfect soft elements to add to the tablescape. The biggest wow was the mirrored dance floor! Guests will never forget seeing double when Jade + Sean had their first dance. SHE loved every bit of planning #BecomingTheBogdans. Check out their amazing day below!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Shana + Nate

For a couple as sweet as Shana + Nate, it was only right that SHE made sure that their vision of a cotton candy-inspired wedding came to life. As you know by now, SHE prides ourselves on being detail snobs + this wedding design was no different. Starting the unique design was the “seating chart” which was comprised of three acrylic hollow structures filled with monochromatic chic floral design + adorned each guest’s name + table assignment. 

From there, the sophisticated twist to the pastel cotton candy motif continued beyond the Omni’s Grand Ballroom doors where the space was engulfed by an ultra chic, intense monochromatic design — each table was either a dusty rose, gray or slate blue from the linens, chair pads, napkins, water goblets, candle sticks, tables numbers + of course florals. Because SHE can’t make the wedding cake just one color amongst a room of such amazing hues, it was created with delicate, holographic sugar paper cascading down the front. It was a hit + so was the inside flavor…Funfetti which perfectly describes this fun couple!

No detail was left untouched that we will just let the photos speak for themselves, but one element that SHE would be remiss to not note — the custom circular dance floor that anchored the ballroom. The marbling of rose, slate blue, gray + lavender which was an exact replica of the invitation design truly satiated every sweet tooth + wedding dreams. Congratulations Shana + Nate!

Pittsburgh meets the Netherlands was the wedding vibe Alex + Michael wanted so {SHE} made it happen! This beautiful wedding mix was inspired by the Groom’s family background + the Brides hometown. This wedding was the perfect way to give their guests a glimpse of the groom’s family history while still keeping things stylish + sleek! {SHE} loved doing this Delft inspired wedding!

Alex + Michael’s wedding was on a snowy day mid-January but that didn’t stop this couples special day! The ceremony was simple + elegant with large statement pieces from Hens + Chicks. The blue + white florals complimented the bride’s gown perfectly. Hens + Chicks made the reception even more amazing with their floral centerpieces in custom delftware. The blue palette really made guests feel like they were in the Netherlands! Mastro Ice’s custom AHM ice sculptures added some spice to the room wowing everyone! The details were perfect + so was the Elite Show Band keeping Alex + Michael’s friends + family entertained. This wedding was one for the books! {SHE} had fun planning every minute of it.
