Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Nina + David

Nina + David like many couples this year had to pivot + change their wedding plans. However, even with the change of plans, SHE made sure that their dream day was nothing short of amazing. With the change of plans, SHE left Pittsburgh + traveled to West Virginia, to transform Oglebay Resort.

The cocktail hour was set in an outdoor tent with endless rows of string lights twinkling + three custom steel orb chandeliers provided by Every Every AV + Compound Creations. Afterwards guests moved inside to the grand ballroom where the room was beautifully transformed into a rustic wonderland. Move Makers got the party started + had the guests dancing until the end of the night. It was a perfect day + SHE was so happy to be part of Nina + David’s big day.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Brianne + Sean

On one of the most popular wedding dates of the year, 8.18.18, {SHE} had a wedding that was one for the books! Brianne + Sean were a couple who knew what they wanted their dream wedding to look like + the result could not have been more fabulous. Neutrals, nudes, mixed metallic, + a splash of black created the most romantic, modern + chic vibe at The Pennsylvanian. Every detail from the mirrored dancefloor to the acrylic metallic/copper table numbers were intentional. We love when our clients are involved in the planning of the day + even want to add their own touches, such as custom black slate Pittsburgh skyline coasters + a special cotton candy surprise for guests. When {SHE} designs your wedding, we create an experience an event for you + your guests to remember! We hope Brianne + Sean remember their wedding day for the rest of their lives + continue to smile + laugh together for the rest of time!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Rachel + Andy

When our bride wanted a modern, art deco, + glam vibe for her wedding, the team got to work! Rachel + Andy decided upon the Urban Room at the Omni William Penn Hotel for their ceremony + reception + that room perfectly complimented their theme. Once the ceremony ended, we flipped the space + created a reception to remember. The mix of high + low tables led to a geometric top dancefloor surrounded by gorgeous forest green + gold vintage lounge furniture. The head table was situated in the middle of the room + stood out with beautiful velvet chair covers, + a mirrored top that reflected the candlelight + florals creating a romantic ambiance. The final product could not have been more beautiful + easily became one of ’s favorite weddings. Rachel + Andy were one of our sweetest couples + we wish them continued love + joy!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | DAC2's 30th Birthday Party

When your older brother turns the Big 3-0, it's only right to throw him the most amazing birthday party anyone has ever seen! That is exactly what Helen + Annie did for their brother Dennis + the fact it was held in their hometown of Fox Chapel at the Pittsburgh Field Club made it that much more special! Guests entered the party through a draped hallway that featured a mega-sized portrait of Dennis. Once inside the ballroom, guests were greeted with a custom dance-floor, bar + an elevated lounge that featured three more mega portraits of Dennis that just so happened to change color throughout the night. Speaking of changing color, to spice things up for the guests + to create an element of surprise, the entire room's uplighting was programmed to change every hour, starting with green, then amber, blue, red + finally a bright white. {SHE} made sure that no detail was forgotten with custom drink stirrers, napkins, + who could miss the larger than life 3-0 framing one of the ballroom's walls! The icing on the cake was quite literally the icing on the custom cake depicting the history of Dennis's life! It was a party to remember + {SHE} can't send enough thanks to all of our vendor friends who helped make it happen!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Ali + Phil

For a couple who is beautiful on the inside + out, {SHE}, along with our fabulous team of vendors made sure to turn their vision into a reality! Ali + Phil's wedding was straight out of a fairytale. Ali's wonderful parents have been involved with the wedding scene + styling brides for years, owning Bridal Beginning-the number one spot to shop for a wedding dress in Pittsburgh! Talk about some pressure when it came to the gowns for Ali + her bridesmaids but all expectations were exceeded!! Ali was beyond stunning and her girls looked nothing less than amazing by her side. Can't forget about the guys--Phil + company were dapper too! As for the design, the Fox Chapel Golf Club never looked so good! The venue was transformed into a whimsical + romantic setting full of lush greenery + gorgeous linens. It was oh-so-dreamy! There really aren't any words to fully describe the picture perfect day for Ali + Phil, surrounded by their loving family + friends!
