Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Sara + Sam

Sara + Sam’s stunning wedding was extra special for a couple reasons. The first being their ceremony + reception took place on Sam’s family estate, (which is also a goat cheese farm titled Goat Rodeo Farm + Dairy, see pictures below for epic goat photobombs) + the second, Sara has a personal friendship with our very own {SHE} member, Meredith, who was one of Sara’s bridesmaids. {SHE} was extremely honored to create the most picture perfect day for Sara + Sam.

Their ceremony took place in front of a larger than life tree at the edge of the property, + from there guests moved to the outdoor patio for cocktail hour. Underneath the reception tent, a mix of farm tables, rounds + clear acrylic chairs created the perfect seating for an outdoor reception. The hints of dusty blue + gold brought color to the greenery + white florals lining the tables. It was a gorgeous day full of sentimental touches + loads of fun where the dancing didn’t stop until the wee hours of the morning! {SHE} loved creating this wedding + wish Sara + Sam years of love + bliss!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Chelsea + Brian

Happy one month anniversary to our beautiful + sweet {SHE} couple, Chelsea + Brian! Their ceremony was at one of Pittsburgh’s iconic chapel’s Saint Mary on the Mount, + from there, guests traveled to Oakmont Country Club where they walked into a ballroom bursting with color. Chelsea has a special love for all things Kate Spade, so it made sense that her dream wedding reflected the brand’s vibrant, bold + colorful style. {SHE} loves to mix colors + patterns, so each table had a combination of vivid flowers, paired with either jumbo gold statement vases, or a collection of Delft pottery. {SHE} can’t forget to mention the head table’s floral masterpiece created by Hens + Chicks which was one of the focal points in the room.

However, not to be outdone, the custom navy + floral dancefloor was the clear focal point winner. When Chelsea + Brian saw the room before their guests, they immediately stepped onto the dancefloor + Brian gave Chelsea a few practice twirls while both soaking in the moment. At the end of the night, Chelsea loved the dancefloor so much, she asked to take a part of it home to frame + remember forever. {SHE} was so happy to make Chelsea + Brian’s dream wedding come to life + we wish them not only a happy one month, but many more wonderful anniversaries together!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Dina + Mark

A soft palette mixed with the top trends of this wedding season created a romantic vibe for Dina + Mark to officially tie the knot! This sweet couple decided to incorporate all things Pittsburgh into their chic iDos. The rooftop of one of downtown Pittsburgh’s newest hotels that showcases the cities industrial architecture was such a perfect location for Dina + Mark to do their first look. The gorgeous exposed brick at SLATE was a stunning backdrop for the couple to pronounce their love to their closest family + friends. An organic arch adorned with luscious greenery served as the perfect statement piece during the ceremony. loves to transform a space…twice! As guests were enjoying cocktail hour, our amazing team transformed the ceremony space into a beautiful reception area. Being the detail snobs that we are, gorgeous marble detailing with metallic accents were seen in the invitation, table settings + wedding cake. Pure joy describes Dina + Mark on their wedding day, is all about bringing authentic visions to life that are unique and as special as each of our couples.

The stylish blush + pale pink design with gold accents was exactly the elegant + classic look Annemarie + Luke envisioned for their wedding! This couple started their ceremony at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Duquesne University + from there, guests celebrated Annemarie + Luke’s union at The Priory. The Priory’s beautiful + historic setting was enhanced with a mix of high + low floral statement pieces + greenery. Every detail was perfect down to the calligraphy seating chart + table numbers. The pinks, gold, + metallic created a contemporary ambiance at this alluring venue. {SHE} loved creating this memory for Annemarie + Luke. We wish them endless love + happiness!

On one of the most popular wedding dates of the year, 8.18.18, {SHE} had a wedding that was one for the books! Brianne + Sean were a couple who knew what they wanted their dream wedding to look like + the result could not have been more fabulous. Neutrals, nudes, mixed metallic, + a splash of black created the most romantic, modern + chic vibe at The Pennsylvanian. Every detail from the mirrored dancefloor to the acrylic metallic/copper table numbers were intentional. We love when our clients are involved in the planning of the day + even want to add their own touches, such as custom black slate Pittsburgh skyline coasters + a special cotton candy surprise for guests.
