Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Olivia + Dennis

Welcome to part two of Olivia + Dennis’s Wedding Weekend! SHE loves a bride that is not afraid of color + Olivia was that bride for us this year. As soon as guests came up the drive of The Pittsburgh Field Club, they were greeted with larger than life, bright + bold florals arching over the double bar, tables long + short with beautiful linens + stunning floral arrangements atop each table. It was truly a sight to see + was the perfect evening for an outdoor cocktail hour. When transitioning inside for the reception, the color continued with pink lights guiding guests to the ballroom decked out in breathtaking shades of pink roses, linens + giant silver orbs hanging over the dancefloor. The night was a party from start to finish + SHE absolutely adores both Olivia + Dennis + their families + wish them continued blessings + love all of eternity.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Jaime & Aaron

Jaime + Aaron had waited three long years to finally be able to celebrate their marriage with family + friends but SHE made sure the celebration did not disappoint! The ceremony + reception were both held at the Museum Lab in Pittsburgh’s North Side which was the perfect space for an artistic + romantic cocktail style reception.

Once the ceremony + cocktail hour ended on the first floor, guests moved upstairs via the floral enhanced stairway to where the band welcomed everyone with a lively dance set before the three delicious dinner stations from Big Burrito were open. The attention to custom detail was apparent during the day + night, from custom monogrammed signature drinks, to the monogrammed band backdrop to the cappuccinos made to look like Jaime + Aaron’s adorable dog who had to miss the celebration. It was a gorgeous night to remember + SHE couldn’t be happier for Jaime + Aaron.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Cassidy + Saied

Cassidy + Saied like many 2020 couples had to shift gears when planning their dream wedding. Luckily SHE knew just the spot to host a much smaller than originally planned guest list to witness Cassidy + Saied say I Do! The venue was our own event studio, Slate + the day could not have been more beautiful. As the two-day setup concluded + the florals, draping, + lightbulbs were all hung from Slate’s ceiling SHE knew this ceremony + reception was going to be one to remember.

When guests arrived they walked through the beautiful cocktail hour space to the other side of the studio where the ceremony took place. The ceremony was set in a gorgeous draped + greenery filled setting as guests watched from all sides. Then, guests moved to the cocktail hour side of the studio as our team got to work on flipping the ceremony studio into the dinner reception space. The end result was a gorgeous + chic dinner party reception with two long family style tables filled with greenery + candlelight. It was a night to remember for Cassidy + Saied! SHE was so happy we could make this couple’s wedding even more magical than originally planned.
