Ann + Hunter were like many couples this year, faced with the challenge of changing their long awaited wedding plans. They made the best of it + had a gorgeous tented wedding in August at a family friend’s estate. This was no ordinary tent, SHE made sure as soon as guests stepped inside, it felt like you had stepped into a ballroom. The silky pale pink draping that paneled the sides of the tent, the hardwood floor, + the thousands of twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling created the perfect space for Ann + Hunter’s reception. Despite the challenges this year provided, Ann + Hunter created a safe atmosphere for their guests + SHE was so happy to have planned this special day for a beautiful inside + out couple!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Jayda's 9th Birthday

This past weekend, SHE created the sleepover of your childhood dreams, for a special young girl’s 9th Birthday party! Growing up, having a sleepover with your besties was one of the most special times, memories are made at these sleepovers that last a lifetime. This sleepover was no different + SHE could not have pulled it off without some help from our amazing friend vendors. Von Walter + Funk provided the most epic balloons, full of color, stars + unicorns. Don’t forget, every sleepover needs some amazing snacks + Bella Christie + Lil’s Z’s Bakery provided custom birthday girl cookies for everyone to enjoy. SHE was so happy to be part of this special sleepover + hopes Jayda had the 9th Birthday party of her dreams!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Helen's 30th Birthday

When a 30th Birthday trip to Miami is cancelled because of Co-Vid + our client calls us two weeks before the party date asking if we can plan a backyard celebration, SHE’s answer is always YES! This party was the perfect celebration for a fellow girl boss to say goodbye to her 20’s + hello to her 30’s!

Guests enjoyed a chic backyard celebration with individually packaged appetizers + sandwiches from the Duquesne Club + a custom signature cocktail of Rose, Limoncello + basil leaves. For dessert they could choose from custom mini cakes + cookies from Tasty Bakery that were personalized to our birthday girl! As the evening went on, Club Helen, opened on the opposite side of patio. SHE transformed our client’s patio, into the prettiest club complete with a balloon ceiling, pink lounge furniture + custom pillows. The partygoers danced the night away to the sounds of our favorite Pittsburgh DJ, DJ Digital Dave.

It was a chic + stylish 30th Birthday Party for a chic + stylish client + SHE was so happy to have been a part of this epic celebration!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Sienna's 5th Birthday Carnival

Step right up to Sienna’s 5th Birthday Carnival! SHE loves our clients that become family + creating forever memories for them means so much to us. For Sienna’s 5th Birthday, SHE went all out with a backyard Carnival!

As soon as guests walked up to the driveway, they were greeted by a clown on stilts + got to play custom Carnival games such as Ring Toss, Balloon Pop, + Dunk a Duck. Then, after walking up to the custom Ticket Booth, they entered the balloon lined tent + made their way to the backyard, but not before grabbing a sweet treat off of the tiger caged dessert table. Once in the backyard, they grabbed a custom drink from the bar + hopped into the pool. It was a perfect summer party + SHE can’t wait to make more memories with this family!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Stephanie's Bridal Shower

Celebrating love has never been more important + SHE was so grateful to plan this beautiful bridal shower for a client who is like family! SHE first met Stephanie when we planned her older sister’s wedding + have since watched Stephanie’s own love story evolve over the years. Even though Stephanie + TJ had to postpone their wedding not once, but twice, SHE was all about making sure one of their celebrations still occurred.

Stephanie’s bridal shower was held at The Oaklander Hotel in their top floor ballroom. As a fun surprise, Made by Mosaic provided guests with custom masks that matched the linens + napkins on each table. Additionally, not only did guests get their own Lit Soy Candle as a favor, they were also able to make their own floral bouquet from The Farmer’s Daughter’s custom floral cart. The balloon arch by Veronica Wallace Balloons + custom desserts by Tasty Bakery were other special + sweet touches for our bride to be. Even though this day was about her, Stephanie made sure to support numerous small businesses in Pittsburgh to help make her bridal shower one to remember + that is only one of the reasons why SHE loves her! We are so grateful for our clients + can’t wait to celebrate Stephanie + TJ’s love story in 2021
