Upon meeting with Jade + her mom Kelly, we knew this wedding would be one for the books! As the girl boss of Jade Boutique, Jade loves all things fashion, design, + details! Totally a girl after our own heart. She wanted to go big, so we did! We loved how simple + laid back Sean was as he cruised along for the ride! 

The ceremony was designed to be her own runway show with a 24ft custom wall + 30ft mirror aisle. The wow continued in the reception as guests were greeted with a stunning floral design from Hens + Chicks. The abundance of florals made the room feel full of love. The clear chargers, acrylic menus, + table numbers were the perfect soft elements to add to the tablescape. The biggest wow was the mirrored dance floor! Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Kaelyn + Steve

On the SHE blog this week, Kaelyn + Steve’s gorgeous + moody wedding takes center stage. It was a beautiful winter day that was a celebration of love. The ceremony was at the historic Saint Patrick Chuch where Kaelyn + her father made a grand entrance from the bottom staircase to a beaming Steve.

After the ceremony, guests traveled to the newest + trendiest hotel, The Oaklander, where the event space is located above the city on the top floor creating sweeping views of the city. Guests were able to find their seat from the custom black acrylic wall that read, Our Favorite People + later transitioned into the perfect photo back drop as the night progressed. An overflowing cascade of chic balloons marked the entrance to the ballroom where the designs only became more breathtaking! Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Katie + Zemgus

When everything is blushing....the decor, the bubbly + the bride! Katie + Zemgus’ wedding at the Omni William Penn was the epitome of timeless romance with the most delicate details adorning the historic Grand Ballroom. Enchanting florals with gold gilded leaves atop crystal vases coordinated with crystal chairs. Uniquely knotted napkins with ribbon-tied custom menus and a florally laced dance floor were amongst the many details that made the couple’s celebration so special. 

Although Katie + Zemgus’ schedule was quite busy with the groom playing for the Buffalo Sabres + tons of traveling, the wedding planning didn’t skip a beat + no detail was forgotten — particularly as the dancing got underway. While guests were enthralled on the dance floor thanks to the uber talented Elite Show Band, they were also enticed to visit the Urban Room where they were greeted by servers with custom shimmery rose gold Happy Meals + the most stunning dessert table — a must for the couple who love their sweets.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Nicole + Matt

The first time Matt saw Nicole, it was at their place of work, PNC Bank, + after listening to Nicole give a presentation, Matt turned to his friend + said “I’m going to marry that girl”. It was a love story that was destined to happen + seeing Nicole + Matt on their wedding day, it was evident that they were made for each other.

They had an intimate ceremony in the Founders room at the Duquesne Club + from there guests moved to the Patio room for cocktail hour where custom velvet floral linens from Mosaic Inc. covered the tables. After cocktail hour, everyone traveled upstairs to the ballroom where there was no shortage of romance + details. Gorgeous elevatored florals by Hens + Chicks lined the head table + numerous other tables while the mix of muted + neutral linens lined the tables. It was a beautiful evening where guests did not leave the dance floor all night thanks to the sounds of the Move Makers Band. Congratulations again to our beautiful couple, Nicole + Matt!

By Invitation Only created beautiful vintage-like stationery which is exactly what Stephanie + Steve were going for. The dark + cool tones with slight pops of greenery by greenSinner made Ace Hotel feel ritzy! Such a chill + beautiful day this was to celebrate this sweet couple.
