When everything is blushing....the decor, the bubbly + the bride! Katie + Zemgus’ wedding at the Omni William Penn was the epitome of timeless romance with the most delicate details adorning the historic Grand Ballroom. Enchanting florals with gold gilded leaves atop crystal vases coordinated with crystal chairs. Uniquely knotted napkins with ribbon-tied custom menus and a florally laced dance floor were amongst the many details that made the couple’s celebration so special. 

Although Katie + Zemgus’ schedule was quite busy with the groom playing for the Buffalo Sabres + tons of traveling, the wedding planning didn’t skip a beat + no detail was forgotten — particularly as the dancing got underway. While guests were enthralled on the dance floor thanks to the uber talented Elite Show Band, they were also enticed to visit the Urban Room where they were greeted by servers with custom shimmery rose gold Happy Meals + the most stunning dessert table — a must for the couple who love their sweets.

Stephanie + Steve had a easy, cool vibe + wanted to infuse their favorite hues with speakeasy feels in a chic way.  A little grit at the Ace Hotel worked perfect with their design elements. By Invitation Only created beautiful vintage-like stationery which is exactly what Stephanie + Steve were going for. The dark + cool tones with slight pops of greenery by greenSinner made Ace Hotel feel ritzy! Such a chill + beautiful day this was to celebrate this sweet couple. SteveNSteph wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Siobhan + Brian

Siobhan + Brian’s wedding was a chic + stylish affair! The couple envisioned a clean + elegant reception, but in a not so traditional space, + therefore decided upon The Ace Hotel in Pittsburgh. This trendy hotel is unique in that they have a grand ballroom for events, but they also have a refurbished gymnasium which can be used for cocktail hour, dancing, etc. After cocktail hour in the gymnasium, guests moved to the ballroom for the sit down dinner where a mix of clear acrylic chairs + black chivari chairs created a modern twist on traditional seating. Each place setting had a menu delicately tied around a black napkin, atop a trio of classy black + white plates in gold trim. It was a perfectly polished look that complimented the beautiful white + green floral arrangements + gold candle lit vases spread throughout each table. The night ended with guests dancing to the groovy tunes of The Bachelor Boys + eating delicious cake from Bella Christie + Lil Z’s.
