Kira + Cam’s wedding was straight out of a fairytale! Even though the weather threatened rain, that didn’t stop Kira + Cam from having the sweetest first look before their ceremony, picture proof below. After pictures were done, it was time to travel to the ceremony, at our sister company, Slate Event Studio.

The ceremony was intimate + beautiful under a massive arch overflowing with greenery + candlelight. Once guests moved to cocktail hour, the ceremony room was flipped to create the dinner reception room. The dinner side of the studio was filled with even more greenery + candlelight + created the perfect reception space for Big Burrito to serve their delicious food. It was a night full of love + laughter at Slate, which is always SHE’s favorite type of night. Congratulations again to Kira + Cam, we wish you many more days of love + laughter!

Cali-living Marisa + Alec made their way back to Pittsburgh (Marisa’s hometown) for their timeless nuptials. One of the best things about their day was the personal meaning it had. The sweet couple said iDo at the Duquesne Chapel where Marisa’s parents married. They then celebrated at The Duquesne Club where her father was a member + brother hosted his wedding there. Family + friends came from all over to celebrate their destination wedding in the Burgh! The Duquesne Club was transformed into the perfect venue for Marisa + Alec. SHE brought the outside indoors dressing the tables beautifully with botanicals. Pops of pink, white, + champagne mixed with candles made the room feel soft + romantic. A pretty wedding for such a sweet couple! Marisa + Alec, SHE wishes you endless happiness in your marriage!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Ally + Jesse

Ally + Jesse’s wedding + reception was most definitely a touchdown for love! They both attended Penn State University while Jesse played for the Penn State Nittany Lions, then continued their love story after he was drafted into the NFL!

Having close ties to Penn State + Ally’s family originally being from the area, it only seemed right to have their special day at Ally’s family estate near Penn State University. The sun was shining all day on Ally + Jesse while they got married at a near by golf club. After the ceremony, guests proceeded to the family’s house to enjoy cocktail hour on the lawn. After cocktail hour, guests moved inside the large reception tent that was made to feel like you were inside a ballroom with custom carpeting + draping lining the floors + walls.

Gorgeous florals consisting of light pink + white flowers accented the tan + crème tablecloths, as well as the mirrored head table. The custom dance floor was a big hit all night + the custom cookies by Bella Christie of Ally + Jesse’s dogs were a sweat treat for guests to enjoy! It was a night to remember + SHE was so happy to be a part of Ally + Jesse’s love story!

Imagine a beautiful arrangement of flowers arriving to your business with a note from your beau that reads “be ready at 7:30pm, a car will pick you up!” The anticipation kills you throughout the day, you finally close shop, rush home, get pretty, + then your driver picks you up but you still have no idea where you’re going. Then you arrive at a chic hotel in the heart of the city, your car door opens + the bellman greets you by name, walks you through the lobby, presses the floor number + sends you up the elevator to which the door opens + a trail of flower petals awaits. You follow the petals down the hall which leads you to a roof top suite adorned with thousands of flowers in your favorite hue, a live band singing to you, + your beau on one knee!! A whole movie right?! LaLa’s Prince Charming wanted to pull out all of the stops with the dreamiest proposal EVER. With the help of greenSinner, they created the perfect statement backdrop for this proposal filled with premium flowers + pops of balloons. Purple everything for Prince’s new Feyoncé! This was pure romance. Congrats to Prince + LaLa! SHE can’t wait for your special day!

Sarah Jane + Brandon | Pittsburgh Wedding Planner

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! SHE loves a December wedding + last year Sarah Jane + Brandon had a perfect winter wedding with a classic design. Held at the Fox Chapel Golf Club, the scenery inside kept everyone warm with candlelight, traditional greenery + pops of burnt orange + red from Donati’s flowers. The mix of white + crème linens from Lendable Linens added to the chic design + let the gold + white chargers stand out.

Sarah + Brandon’s love for each other shined bright the entire day. From Brandon’s epic first look reaction when he saw his beautiful bride to-be Sarah in her stunning dress, to their first dance as husband + wife, it was a day to remember + the perfect way to wrap up the year. SHE adored working with this couple + wish them many more years of happiness + love.
