{SHE} absolutely loves when so many amazing + strong women come together to network + discuss the importance of female collaboration + empowerment. The 1st ever WAGcademy in Los Angeles, (yes SHE travels) could not have gone better. It was where WAGS came to unite + ignite! The day was full of speakers, panels + girl boss collaborations. {SHE} made sure that the décor matched the vibes of the day! The multi-dimensional step + repeat was the perfect backdrop for photo ops + interviews. Next up, attendees picked up their branded information packets + went to sit in front of the stage where there was a custom wall representing each of the different sports our WAG’s were a part of. The LA weather is a lot warmer than Pittsburgh, so {SHE} took full advantage + used the entire Hudson Loft Rooftop to create the perfect outdoor lounge. We’re talking balloons everywhere, dozens of pillows, delicious food + frozen drinks. It was an inspiring weekend + {SHE} was so grateful to be there!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Sienna + Amya's Mermaid Birthday Party

Sienna's 3rd birthday + Amya's 16th joint mermaid themed birthday party was out of this world...or should we say SEA! The party was held at the family home where the pool with floating balloon bubbles was a major hit with all of the young mermaids + mermen! Guests entered the party through a custom aquarium bursting with brightly colored, life like sea creatures such as an octopus, jelly fish + more all made out of balloons. Once down by the pool, a real life mermaid was waiting for the kids to teach them about life under the sea. The sea creatures didn't end at the aquarium, more of them made their way down by the bar where specialty aquamarine  cocktails were served. If guests wanted to escape the heat, they ventured inside to grab a mermaid fin cake pop, sea shell cookie or any of the other amazing desserts provided by Bella Christie + Lil Z's bake shop. Sienna + Amya's birthday party was Mer-tastic time + every kid went home with a goodie bag that reminded them just how Mer-mazing they really are. Pittsburgh Event Planner | A Seat at the Table

Exquisite, Inspiring + Empowering are just a few words to describe a private dinner soirée entitled A Seat at the Table. {SHE} invited fifty of Pittsburgh’s girl bosses to wine + dine, talk business + inspire each other to dream bigger, aim higher + support each other in their entrepreneur pursuits! Chic glam met cultural trends as the event was inspired by the movie Black Panther. Wakanda Forever was styled to perfection with a beautiful long table, adorned with greenery, modern geo vases, fresh fruit + intimate candle light! Rosette inspired chair sashes were placed on each fruitwood chiavari chair in the dinner’s rich hue palette of marsala, gold +chocolate brown. Being the detail snobs that we are, {SHE} made sure that the spirit of Wakanda was infused into every aspect of the event. From the signature cocktail, to the custom Caribbean inspired menu + the guests attire, every element eluded to the award winning cinemas melanin magic! A Seat at the Table like the movie Black Panther received rave reviews in all categories! This intimate dinner party created a safe place for like-minded women to connect, share + elevate each other birthing a new movement in Pittsburgh entitled EMPOWHER. {SHE} can't wait for the next fab event!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | DAC2's 30th Birthday Party

When your older brother turns the Big 3-0, it's only right to throw him the most amazing birthday party anyone has ever seen! That is exactly what Helen + Annie did for their brother Dennis + the fact it was held in their hometown of Fox Chapel at the Pittsburgh Field Club made it that much more special! Guests entered the party through a draped hallway that featured a mega-sized portrait of Dennis. Once inside the ballroom, guests were greeted with a custom dance-floor, bar + an elevated lounge that featured three more mega portraits of Dennis that just so happened to change color throughout the night. Speaking of changing color, to spice things up for the guests + to create an element of surprise, the entire room's uplighting was programmed to change every hour, starting with green, then amber, blue, red + finally a bright white. {SHE} made sure that no detail was forgotten with custom drink stirrers, napkins, + who could miss the larger than life 3-0 framing one of the ballroom's walls! The icing on the cake was quite literally the icing on the custom cake depicting the history of Dennis's life! It was a party to remember + {SHE} can't send enough thanks to all of our vendor friends who helped make it happen!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Sofia's 3rd Birthday Party

Sofia's 3rd Birthday was a PAW-ty! The Paw Patrol took over Urban Air Trampoline Park for Sofia's big day + Skye from the Paw Patrol dog squad made a special guest appearance. With the help of MissElaineous Balloons, Skye was able to fly in on her jetpack + soar over Sofia's fabulous dessert table. The {SHE} team made sure no small detail was forgotten at this PAW-ty. Each of Sofia's guests got to eat like a dog for a day using either a hot pink or blue dog bowl + then drink out of a white dog bone. The dessert table was filled with custom PAW-ty teats from our favorite bakery, Bella Christie + Little Z's Sweet Boutique.
