Siobhan + Brian’s wedding was a chic + stylish affair! The couple envisioned a clean + elegant reception, but in a not so traditional space, + therefore decided upon The Ace Hotel in Pittsburgh. This trendy hotel is unique in that they have a grand ballroom for events, but they also have a refurbished gymnasium which can be used for cocktail hour, dancing, etc. After cocktail hour in the gymnasium, guests moved to the ballroom for the sit down dinner where a mix of clear acrylic chairs + black chivari chairs created a modern twist on traditional seating. Each place setting had a menu delicately tied around a black napkin, atop a trio of classy black + white plates in gold trim. It was a perfectly polished look that complimented the beautiful white + green floral arrangements + gold candle lit vases spread throughout each table. The night ended with guests dancing to the groovy tunes of The Bachelor Boys + eating delicious cake from Bella Christie + Lil Z’s.
