Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | David + Ryan

When {SHE} met David + Ryan, we knew their sense of style, love for each other and love of Beyoncé (more on that later) were the perfect ingredients for their chic + modern wedding held at the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh. Before the ceremony started, David + Ryan's guests were treated to a Veuve Clicquot Brut champagne bar which tied into their initial wedding invitation design + each guest's favor, their own individual Veuve Clicquot Brut champagne bottle to take home! After the ceremony guests made their way into the reception space + were amazed by the stunning floral design + ivory + gold interactive sequin linens that were so unique -- guests could not stop playing with them all night! Just when the guests were getting settled for dinner David + Ryan had one last surprise up their sleeve! For their grand entrance into the reception as husband + husband Ryan rode in on an exact replica of the custom bicycle Beyoncé rode in her Blow music video! It was the most fabulous start to any reception {SHE} has ever seen!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Destination Bridal Shower

Ericka — yes, {SHE}'s very own — always knew she wanted to start her happily ever after next to the beach. Particularly when couples choose a destination iDo, showers are a great way to celebrate with close family + friends who are not able to attend the wedding. Ericka's guests showered her dressed in all white, in lieu of the couple's request for all white attire on their wedding day. In only two short weeks, we would be off to #DestinationPortis for Ericka + Anthony's nuptials, so it was only appropriate to incorporate a taste of Mexico! Wallace's Tap Room, located inside Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh East Liberty, is perfect for any intimate event. Guests were greeted with tropical cocktails featuring gold acrylic stirrers — because {SHE} never gets tired of gold + acrylic! The main attraction was a hanging 3 ft. diameter hoop adorned with balloons + a little floral detail, serving as a simply gorgeous prop for photos + selfies. Can you say swoooon! Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Shaina + Adam

There wasn’t a shade of purple omitted for Shaina + Adam’s gorgeous wedding day at the Omni William Penn — and {SHE} has not one complaint! From the pretty, purple linens + customized, gold foil pressed stationery to an exquisite floral design, impeccable lighting + unique floor plan featuring a diamond-shaped dance floor — the Grand Ballroom exuded the luxury + depth of this jewel-tone hue to perfection. Shaina + Adam hosted nearly 200 of their closest family + friends at one of the most regal venues the city has to offer; without a doubt, it was an evening that will not be forgotten! As guests arrived to the 17th floor, they were welcomed by a display of champagne flutes with purple ombré hanging scrolls as escort cards. And just when guests could not stop swooning over the cocktail space in the Urban Room, we opened the doors leading to the ballroom to leave everyone stunned! Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Erin + Eric

{SHE} had a vision for Erin + Eric's iDo - urban chic, sexy + all black EVERYTHING. The Pittsburgh Opera provided the perfect backdrop for this non traditional wedding (Get you a planner who can do both, ha!) The venue doubled as the ceremony + reception location. What does that mean for {SHE}? When the ceremony ended, our team kicked our heels off and went to work! Flipping this space - about 400 pillar + floating candles included - was no fraud! But SO worth it. Not a single flower in sight! E+E's initials were used as the overall branding motif, but {SHE} didn't stop at the paper goods. The 5-tier cake made a statement of its own + this unique floor plan was a real STUNNER! We pride ourselves on transforming the same spaces in different ways to complement the overall vibe. Elegance always for the win! Now, on to all the eye candy captured by Mecca Gamble Photography!
