Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Sarah + Wouter

Sarah + Wouter’s love story is a special one that centered around family + tradition. They met as collegiate tennis coaches + formed a fast friendship that quickly turned to love. Their cocktail hour + reception combined the family + tradition aspects, as it was held on Sarah’s family’s gorgeous estate. Years ago, the Short family built the most amazing barn on their property for their kids to get married in + to date, Sarah was the second out of four children to get married at the barn.

When guests arrived to the property, they grabbed their hanging escort card + made their way to the cocktail hour where Sarah + Wouter arrived in the coolest vintage red Mustang. After cocktail hour, guests traveled a few short feet to the Short family’s barn that was decorated with gorgeous greenery + flowers created by the florist, GreenSinner + immediately had a dance set to get the night started. It was a perfect night full of memories that Sarah + Wouter will never forget!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Annemarie + Luke

The stylish blush + pale pink design with gold accents was exactly the elegant + classic look Annemarie + Luke envisioned for their wedding! This couple started their ceremony at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Duquesne University + from there, guests celebrated Annemarie + Luke’s union at The Priory. The Priory’s beautiful + historic setting was enhanced with a mix of high + low floral statement pieces + greenery. Every detail was perfect down to the calligraphy seating chart + table numbers. The pinks, gold, + metallic created a contemporary ambiance at this alluring venue. {SHE} loved creating this memory for Annemarie + Luke. We wish them endless love + happiness!

Heather + Mike might not live in Pittsburgh anymore, but that didn't stop them from showing their Pittsburgh pride with a reception at none other than Heinz Field, home to The Pittsburgh Steelers! Even the unpredictable Pittsburgh rain held off for Heather + Mike to sneak some pictures on the field! Inside at the reception, guests could not take their eyes off of the head table + it's beautiful greenery + hanging candlelight created by the talented Hens + Chicks. Heather + Mike's perfect day became even better when Heather's father's band got the party started + guests danced the night away! Congratulations again to one of {SHE}'s sweetest couples, we wish you years of love + happiness.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Sawina + Karan

Sawina + Karan's wedding celebration in Pittsburgh was a two-day affair full of tradition, bold colors, beauty + endless memories. {SHE} was honored to work with a dream team of vendors such as Elegant Affairs Inc. who was responsible for all of the stunning floral + décor + Jorge Santiago Photography who fabulously captured the weekend of events. Friday night, the festivities started with a sangeet that completely transformed the Pittsburgh Rivers Casino banquet hall into a room full of life + magnificent color. The night started with traditional dances + ended with a replica of a marketplace from India opening for guests to either trade in their custom keys, which they were handed when they walked in, for an intricately  beaded purse, or shop for other items.

Saturday, the ceremony + reception were held at the historic Omni William Penn hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. The ceremony was held in the Urban Room which connects to the main ballroom where dinner + dancing took place. Before guests even went to the wedding ceremony, they participated in the baraat tradition where the groom processes in on a white horse. The ceremony space was truly breathtaking, with a gorgeous white porcelain elevated aisle + flowers lining the makeshift altar, it looked amazing from every angle. As guests processed into the main ballroom, twinkling lights, massive floral arrangements + makeshift trees took guest’s breath away. The sides of the ballroom were separated by a custom marble dance floor + a sweetheart lounge for Sawina + Karan that included not 1 but 3 hanging chandeliers. It was truly a weekend to remember + {SHE} wishes the happy couple a lifetime full of love.

Elegant, Classic + Timeless! These words not only describe our {SHE} couple Abby + Josh, but also their beautiful wedding ceremony + reception held at The Duquesne Club in downtown Pittsburgh. Our bride Abby wore a beaded Maison Valentino dress with complimenting Valentino shoes that was completely stunning + the perfect amount of chic! Friends + family gathered around Abby + Josh for an intimate ceremony in the Fountain Room at The Duquesne Club + from there, guests moved to the Founders Room for a sit down dinner. In such a historic + iconic building as The Duquesne Club, it does not take much to dress up the space. Therefore, Abby + Josh opted for a simple + sophisticated decor of white, gold + greenery. It was a perfect day that ended with the famous Duquesne Club macaroons + guests dancing the night away.
