The best way to spread Christmas cheer is by making Buddy the Elf appear! During the Holiday Season, {SHE} prepped for Santa’s arrival with a holiday pop-up bar inspired by the movie “ELF” at Hotel Monaco. The Commoner at Hotel Monaco was transformed into a winter wonderland when Veronica’s Balloon Design decked the halls with their Christmas themed balloons. Their custom Christmas trees and swirly-twirly gum drop balloons left partygoers in awe! Loree Mayer Designs + Speedpro Imaging Pittsburgh North turned guests into elves with their custom oversized holiday card, where everyone got a chance to show off their pretty faces! The bartenders kept the cocktails creative which were inspired by Buddy’s four essential food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup! The cocktails gave everyone some extra holiday cheer! Pittsburgh Event Planner | In The Pocket With Charlie Batch Event

Now this is a story all about how {SHE} flipped NOVA Place upside down! The Best of the Batch Foundation threw it back to the 90s for their 12th Annual In The Pocket Silent Auction and it was a hit! This event was designed to perfection with color changing illuminations, chain link balloons, + hanging slinkies! The airbrush designs by 232 Creative + classic arcade games provided a true 90s feel. DJ Bonics pumped up the volume with his music keeping the guests moving + grooving. The Best of The Batch Foundation is invested in improving the lives of children in distressed communities by building character, self-esteem, + educational goals + {SHE} loved designing this event for such an awesome cause. Ain’t no party like a 90s party!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Simon's 1st Birthday Party

Swing Baby Simon Swing! Simon Arias IV just had a Rookie of the Year Celebration at Roma Restaurant + it was a home run! Thanks to SpeedPro North, there was no mistaking whose birthday with their Player Profile Backdrop! The crowd cheered for the grand slam Baseball Cake provided by Bella Christie & Lil Z’s + they didn’t stop there! They knocked it out the park with their other custom desserts. ABC Balloon Twisting took the party into extra innings with the Life Size Baseball Player + Balloon Art + Face Painting. Enhancing the decor, Veronica’s Balloon Design added even more custom balloons. What an awesome event this was! {SHE} loved planning another party for the Arias family! There is no better feeling than continuing to create memories with our clients. S. Arias IV’s 1st Birthday Party is one for the books!

Empowering young minds! Amachi Hachi Pachi event turned out more vibrant than imaginable- thanks to Miss Elaineous’s creative floating balloon décor. Guests lounged in a colorful furniture pallet from Marbella event rentals. The night was lit up with pops of color + music from innovative station changing headphone sets. had a great time at their first silent headphone event! Amazing hors d’oeuvres catered by JPC Event Group. also had the opportunity to enjoy the talented live speed painter Cody Sabol. Amachi Hachi Pachi event turned out to be a bright + colorful success!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | The Buchner's Little Star

Twinkle, twinkle, little star - how {SHE} wonders what you are! Friends and family gathered to celebrate the soon-to-be arrival of the Buchner’s little star! Veronica’s Balloon Design made this event shine so bright by placing the balloons transversely on the tables + floating in the sky. Hens + Chicks provided a pop of greenery to this shower with their flowers. Guests were able to enjoy star cupcakes + cookies from our favorite bakery, Bella Christie + Lil’ Z’s. Those sweets were the perfect tasty treat! {SHE} was so thrilled to create another magical moment for the Buchner’s only a couple years after their beautiful New Years Eve wedding. {SHE} loves when clients become like family! Thank you to all our amazing vendors for making this event possible! {SHE} couldn’t have done it without you!
