Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Alyssa + Billy

Alyssa + Billy’s love story began after a college party at Pitt when Alyssa bravely left her phone number on a fraternity’s wall with a note for the “tall ginger to call her” Luckily Billy called Alyssa back + the rest is history!

This fun loving couple never stopped smiling on their wedding day + SHE was honored to give them a beautiful reception that added to their smiles. The theme was romantic, Tuscan vibes + Bella Sera was the perfect location to host this joyous day.

The ballroom’s tables were a mix of high + low florals with candlelight from florist GreenSinner. One of the main focal points of the ballroom are the famous Bella Sera steps, + SHE made sure no one could take their eyes away from them with cascading lush greenery + candlelight.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Leah + Steve

You’re not going to believe in just three months SHE planned this real life fairytale for Leah + Steve! This sweet couple + their families are the absolute best to work with! What started out as a pretty outdoor affair for close friends + family evolved into a super special + spectacular celebration as we began the design details. They couldn’t resist all the detail possibilities presented + so we went for it! The Williams Country Club was completely transformed like never before. If you haven’t seen this venue before you are missing out! It is a hidden gem + there’s nothing like it in Pittsburgh + surrounding. We’re often asked from brides “where can we build a tent on an open parcel”, well here’s an option! The Williams Country club is amazing with it’s stunning view, amazing food, + service! From custom tenting draped in beautiful minx fabric to floral filled tablescapes, this wedding left everyone in awe.

GreenSinner amazed everyone with their astonishing floral designs. The 4 post ceremony arch was beautifully dressed with an assortment of florals that they later transformed into a whimsical + romantic swing. The greenery garland + flower decorated swing was the perfect place for guests to enjoy a quite moment + take in the amazing view. The Parisian Market was a sweet gesture to the Bride’s family background. The market served as seating chart as you had to find your name + seat hidden in the flowers. The Parisian Market also served as a place where friends + families could make their own bouquets to take home! Now who wouldn’t love that?! This wedding was fabulous in every way + SHE is so happy to have been apart of it!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Amanda + Derek

SHE loves when our couples like to mix it up design wise. It’s a chance for our team to be creative + create a magical night for all to enjoy! Amanda + Derek’s I Do’s was one of those nights!

As you can see from the photo’s captured by Joey Kennedy Photography below, right off the bat Amanda + Derek’s invitations gave guests a hint as to what colors they could expect at the reception. This wedding was all about the grays, blacks + mixed metals + SHE was here for it!

The black hanging light fixtures were focal points throughout the room that brought your eye up! Whenever guests weren’t looking up, they saw the floral centerpieces from Hens + Chicks that had hints of pink, white + gray that expertly played off the darker colors to create a romantic vibe. It’s not everyday that SHE gets to build the perfect venue for high school sweethearts at the bride’s beautiful childhood home. The Weimer residence was the perfect backdrop for Aaron + Elizabeth’s dreamy outdoor celebration. The prettiest palette of blush hues, soft gray, white, + greenery set the tone from the invitation to the custom dance floor + everything in between. The organic branding throughout this design captured the effortless outdoor aesthetic the couple wanted.

Elizabeth + Aaron’s summer wedding was far from simple! Gorgeous eye-catching florals + greenery encompassed the tent + farm tables filling the air with a fresh floral fragrance. Beautiful crystal chandeliers intertwined with garlands of greenery hung from the tent which made the reception feel elegant + romantic. Soft textured linens topped some of the dining tables keeping the space airy + organic. This wedding was absolutely stunning + SHE loved planning every minute of it! SHE wishes you a lifetime of love + happiness!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Brittany + Stephon

Brittany + Stephon’s wedding day was special for many reasons, one of them being they got married on their own estate. SHE loves when couples pick their own property for their ceremony + reception, because it gives us a chance to creatively reflect our couple’s style as an extension of their home.

When SHE first stepped foot onto the property, we knew that the ceremony would look perfect on the front lawn in front of Brittany + Stephon’s entrance to their home. From there, guests moved to cocktail hour where they picked up their custom acrylic place card’s that were neatly placed on boxwood walls. Once cocktail hour was over, guests moved throughout the property to the gorgeous tented reception space.

This was not your typical tented wedding…but what else would you expect from team SHE. The entire interior of the tent was carpeted + the walls were draped with custom fabric, SHE even brought in beautiful, round glass tables to make guests feel like they were sitting at a dining room table. The entire mood of the wedding was simply chic +  SHE was so happy to create such a magical day for our sweet couple Brittany + Stephon!
