Twinkle, twinkle, little star - how {SHE} wonders what you are! Friends and family gathered to celebrate the soon-to-be arrival of the Buchner’s little star! Veronica’s Balloon Design made this event shine so bright by placing the balloons transversely on the tables + floating in the sky. Hens + Chicks provided a pop of greenery to this shower with their flowers. Guests were able to enjoy star cupcakes + cookies from our favorite bakery, Bella Christie + Lil’ Z’s. Those sweets were the perfect tasty treat! {SHE} was so thrilled to create another magical moment for the Buchner’s only a couple years after their beautiful New Years Eve wedding. {SHE} loves when clients become like family! Thank you to all our amazing vendors for making this event possible! {SHE} couldn’t have done it without you!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Brianne + Sean

On one of the most popular wedding dates of the year, 8.18.18, {SHE} had a wedding that was one for the books! Brianne + Sean were a couple who knew what they wanted their dream wedding to look like + the result could not have been more fabulous. Neutrals, nudes, mixed metallic, + a splash of black created the most romantic, modern + chic vibe at The Pennsylvanian. Every detail from the mirrored dancefloor to the acrylic metallic/copper table numbers were intentional. We love when our clients are involved in the planning of the day + even want to add their own touches, such as custom black slate Pittsburgh skyline coasters + a special cotton candy surprise for guests. When {SHE} designs your wedding, we create an experience an event for you + your guests to remember! We hope Brianne + Sean remember their wedding day for the rest of their lives + continue to smile + laugh together for the rest of time!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Rachel + Andy

When our bride wanted a modern, art deco, + glam vibe for her wedding, the team got to work! Rachel + Andy decided upon the Urban Room at the Omni William Penn Hotel for their ceremony + reception + that room perfectly complimented their theme. Once the ceremony ended, we flipped the space + created a reception to remember. The mix of high + low tables led to a geometric top dancefloor surrounded by gorgeous forest green + gold vintage lounge furniture. The head table was situated in the middle of the room + stood out with beautiful velvet chair covers, + a mirrored top that reflected the candlelight + florals creating a romantic ambiance. The final product could not have been more beautiful + easily became one of ’s favorite weddings. Rachel + Andy were one of our sweetest couples + we wish them continued love + joy!

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Unveiled

Unveiled was SHE’s first ever workshop at our very own venue, SLATE Studio, where we revealed our journey, successes, failures + must knows in the Industry! Our hearts are still full of gratitude for all of our attendees + hope they left inspired + energized to continue on their path. At Unveiled we uncovered the “real” behind our brand, partnership, team + business practices, because we truly believe that a candle loses nothing lighting another candle. The evening started with dinner, mingling + of course photo shoot opportunities with the amazing Michael Will Photography in front of our custom balloon wall by Miss Elaineous Balloons. Then it was time to start the workshop! Guests made their way to the other side of the Studio where they were greeted with a picture perfect stage, blush couches, 8 custom tables featuring pictures from our own events, + SHE branded chairs. When each attendee found a seat, SHE made sure everyone was well prepared, with their custom SHE workbook, welcome box, pen, + water bottle…did SHE mention how much we love branding + are detail snobs?! At the end of the night, SHE was so grateful + now we can’t wait to announce our next workshop! Stay tuned for more details!

{SHE} absolutely loves when so many amazing + strong women come together to network + discuss the importance of female collaboration + empowerment. The 1st ever WAGcademy in Los Angeles, (yes SHE travels) could not have gone better. It was where WAGS came to unite + ignite! The day was full of speakers, panels + girl boss collaborations. {SHE} made sure that the décor matched the vibes of the day! The multi-dimensional step + repeat was the perfect backdrop for photo ops + interviews. Next up, attendees picked up their branded information packets + went to sit in front of the stage where there was a custom wall representing each of the different sports our WAG’s were a part of. The LA weather is a lot warmer than Pittsburgh, so {SHE} took full advantage + used the entire Hudson Loft Rooftop to create the perfect outdoor lounge. We’re talking balloons everywhere, dozens of pillows, delicious food + frozen drinks. It was an inspiring weekend + {SHE} was so grateful to be there!
