Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Chelsea + Marko

Chelsea + Marko's love story began in Croatia where Chelsea + her family were on vacation + as fate would have it, she met Marko. It was the beginning of their love story together, + {SHE} was honored to have played a part by planning their beautiful wedding + reception at our new venue, SLATE Studio. The ceremony was held in front of gorgeous draping + under crystal chandeliers intertwined with greenery + flowers. Once the ceremony was over, guests transitioned to the other side of the studio while we flipped the space to become an intimate + cozy wonderland of greenery, candlelight + accents of white + gold. Each seat, whether the modern couches, or clear acrylic chairs topped with a fuzzy cushion, had a detailed menu of delicious offerings from DiAnoia's Eatery tucked into a custom gold + leaf designed pocket. Oh + did you notice each guest's custom mug with their name on it as their place card...{SHE} never leaves any detail unturned. We can't thank Joey Kennedy Photography + ShoFilms Productions enough for the gorgeous pictures + video they captured of this breathtaking evening.

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Lauren + Frank

 Elegant ivory invitations, trimmed in black adorned with gold details set the tone for Lauren + Frank's winter wedding! The Pennsylvanian was the perfect venue to bring this couple's vision to life. Guests were greeted with personalized champagne flutes serving as escort cards during cocktail hour. A regal vibe radiated through the ballroom filled with rich floral pieces, a warm candle light glow and the perfect touch of glam from chic linens + luxe chairs. {SHE} loves branding + details from beginning to end. The custom monogram + design from the invites were used on the dinner menus that met each guest at their seat. Speaking of custom, Lauren's gorgeous bridal was a custom design by Nicci Hou Collection . The gown had a detachable train that was perfect for the brides full catholic mass turned dinner + dancing reception.

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Sofia's 3rd Birthday Party

Sofia's 3rd Birthday was a PAW-ty! The Paw Patrol took over Urban Air Trampoline Park for Sofia's big day + Skye from the Paw Patrol dog squad made a special guest appearance. With the help of MissElaineous Balloons, Skye was able to fly in on her jetpack + soar over Sofia's fabulous dessert table. The {SHE} team made sure no small detail was forgotten at this PAW-ty. Each of Sofia's guests got to eat like a dog for a day using either a hot pink or blue dog bowl + then drink out of a white dog bone. The dessert table was filled with custom PAW-ty teats from our favorite bakery, Bella Christie + Little Z's Sweet Boutique. From the tennis ball cake pops to the brightly colored dog paw print cookies, no guest left hungry. Thank you to Studio Hayes Photography for capturing all of the gorgeous photos below.

Pittsburgh Event Planner | Simon Anthony Baptism

 The Arias family celebrated the arrival of their prince Simon Anthony with a baptism ceremony + luncheon filled with family, friends + perfect little details. This intimate event featured a heavenly statement dessert table. Cascading balloons framed sweet treats detailed to the scripture Psalms 100:3, "We are his people, the sheep of his pasture." Custom monogram blocks, adorable little lambs and sweet prayers for Simon Anthony were just a few of the precious dessert designs. A touch of florals + cross embellished menus created a chic table scape to capture the perfect memories of this special day for this little blessing from above. {SHE} loves when we get to take part in special events of our clients, helping to make their life milestones memorable for years to come!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Tori + Alex

There is only one way to describe Tori + Alex's wedding...it was EVERYTHING! At {SHE} there is no better feeling than when a client's vision + our vision becomes a fabulous reality! Tori + Alex's dream wedding started by getting married under a jaw-dropping 10ft chuppah covered in a mix of gigantic paper + real flowers. As the doors to the ballroom opened, guests literally stopped in awe! The room in front of them was a statement of its own. The centerpieces ranged from 7ft white lamps to gorgeous florals + floating candles. As the band began to play, guests ventured onto the mirrored dance floor to party the night away. It was truly a picture perfect night + thanks our always amazing friend, Joey Kennedy Photography, {SHE} will never forget any of the beautiful moments. We wish Tori + Alex a lifetime of love + many more special memories.
