Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Beth + Brian

Beth + Brian went into the wedding planning process with two main goals--"let it be fashionable" and "let it b fun!" {SHE} can definitely say: mission accomplished! The couple knew how to enjoy every minute and step of planning from selecting linens to designing stationery, and finding the perfect bridal party attire. With Beth being an uber stylish fashion blogger {IG: @thefashionableeye} it was quintessential that the wedding was bursting at the seams with details, details, details. There were no defined "wedding colors" which worked so well. We created the perfect palette + design elements that were compiled of mauve pink and shades of purple that melted into stormy gray, then accented with metallic gold. {SHE} just loved how the overall modern, chic motif was the perfect juxtaposition to the ultra classic + architecturally ornate Pennsylvanian.  Milla C. Photography, with their journalistic approach to weddings, captured the day + details with perfection--even their first look in the rain. It was such an honor to relive the day, as the Picards are featured in the current print edition of Whirl Wedding Magazine. Check them out!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Cassie + Dylan

When her venue abruptly closed its doors less than six months away from the big day, Cassie decided to call in some back up and we're so happy {SHE} did! Having to mesh your date with a new ceremony and reception venue is a big deal and no small fete--Cassie + Dylan handled it so well! This sweet pair were so organized, already picking an a-list of vendors who were flexible and accommodating so it made the transition and remainder of planning smooth and meant-to-be. Their romantic garden feel was a breath of fresh air with a sage, dusty blue, champagne, and peach palette. Some of our favorite details were the glass cardinal Dylan surprised Cassie with in remembrance of her late grandmother, the floral plate ware alongside the bird seed favors, the naked cake with the laser cut topper, the simplicity of the green garland runners on the blue linen, and the beautiful branding that tied all of the design elements together. The bride was effortlessly stunning. Sky's The Limit Photography captured the entire day beautifully!! It completely made our day to see the Holts featured in the current Whirl Wedding Magazine in print + online-check them out!!

Pittsburgh Wedding Planner | Brianne + Eric

{SHE} met Brianne, affectionately known as Bri, while shopping at her chic little boutique in Lawrenceville, Number 14, and instantly fell in love with the shop, fellow girl boss, + her mom, Michelle, who is also her partner. Brace yourself for the cutest. love. story. ever. Introduced by Bri's best friend and maid of honor, these high school sweethearts met when they were 14, Eric wore number 14 as a football player, and she opened Number 14, on 10/14/14--swoon! On the one year anniversary for the store, Eric got on one knee at the celebration. A couple weeks later while visiting the store mom, Michelle had the sweetest most concerned look on her face and said "what am I going to do about a venue!?" Easing all concerns we hit the ground planning and boy-oh-boy did us ladies have a fun time together! To know them is to love them. This super stylish mom-daughter pair knew what they loved; the wedding was truly Bri + Eric's modern yet ethereal aesthetic. Some of the best details about the wedding were THE DRESS (will never stop dying over the bow + blush), the perfect invitation that set the tone for branding, the glam transformation on an industrial + raw space, the unconventional floor plan, the gorgeous florals, and signature bicycle we borrowed from the boutique! The Pittsburgh Opera never looked so damn good! We are so happy to share in the journey and wedding magic for this family who we just love and are our friends. Evermark Studios is the team behind the amazing video trailer and Hot Metal Studio slayed the photos-per their usual awesomeness. So much so that the Kordenbrocks are published in the new Pittsburgh Wedding Magazine currently on shelves + online!
